Beginnjng July 1, 2021 Our usual service call fee is $150 (This covers up to the first 1 hour onsite for diagnosis *(most) $150 is also our hourly labor rate used for all estimates unless the job requires more technicians onsite then we add $55 per hour per man needed .
After your diagnosis is complete some services are performed on the spot if we have your needed parts on our service vehicle. Before any job is performed a verbal or written estimate will be provided which you will need to agree to. It is common practice for you to have to sign a service agreement Before your service begins and before a repair is performed. In this case we are satisfied with you having this information at your disposal. If you feel the need to sign it then please do and provide us with a copy if you see fit.. If we need to order parts, all parts are paid for 100% in advance and we will then call you to schedule your services after we have your parts in our possession. All estimates and repair quotes are based upon our hourly rate and the ease or difficulty of your repair (s) no special order parts or performed labor will or can be returned or refunded. Any defective parts will not be Reinstalled unless you purchase a new one or your parts manufacturer has authorized the monies or parts for a new one. We are not a manufacturer or distributor of parts nor are we a store or store front. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless agreed to. Many electronic parts offer no warranty at all after being installed per the distributor. If you want an extended warranty we do offer this option in most cases . Our distributors changed the electronics warranty due to the general public buying and installing parts whom are not qualified to do so.

With the internet being what it is some customers will take our findings, order the parts and repair or try to repair it themselves to save money and let's face it we can't do that all day or we couldn't even stay in business so therefore you are paying for our knowledge, Service, experience and skills and our professionalism, fuel, drive time, workers comp insurance, tools, liability insurance and all of the things that make us a business so that we can continue to provide our customers and you with a 5☆ service for many years to come.
☆ if Aquatic Technologies Inc agrees to install parts we did not provide for
another hot tub dealer or manufacturer or if you bought them online and hired us after the fact, we are not liable for the operations of your hot tub after the fact if we did not diagnose it. due to not being the dealer or manufacturer of the part (s) if they are defective or inoperable you will need to go back the parts provider but you are still responsible to pay for our labor.. we are always C.O.D. and your parts / warranty provider will reimburse you.. In most cases we do not install parts that we do not supply. If Aquatic Technologies Inc provides the part (s) , generally we follow the manufacturer limited warranty offer unless you paid for an extended warranty. ( ask for details ) if a manufacturers parts are defective, labor is not included with the part mainly because we cone to your location and that cost time, money fuel employee compensation etc. You can purchase a labor warranty with your parts.. ( ask for details ).
We are based in W. Wareham, MA 02576 and serve about a 30 mile radius or a full circle from our zip code in MA & RI. If you are in our service area you pay the same price as anyone else. If you are not, additional fees / rates may apply. As agreed to.
which covers the majority of our service areas, however some areas which are very rural or off the beaten path will call for an additional fee for the initial service call which always covers the diagnosis of your hot tub issue and an estimate for repair. Whenever possible we will have your parts on our truck and make the repair the same day. We then bill at $150 per hour. Any job involving 2 men or more on your job if necessary will be a $300 minimum for under the deck, or any difficult job. If your breaker with the GFCI is indoors and not near your tub or pool we may need two men for example.
☆ Please understand like any other appliance or machine that has not run properly for a period of time that when repairing one component other issues can evolve and or show up that were there already but could not be discovered without the hot tub or pool running such as flo issues, pump issues, leaks, chewed wires, breaker issues, controller issues, electronics malfunctions and more. We take your service seriously and will keep you in the loop as things evolve. We can only diagnosis what we see at any given time.
☆ Plumbing repair warranties are 30 days from the date of the repairs made. Due to the possibility of pump or heater failure or your water over heating or freezing we provide a limited warranty on any and all plumbing repairs made. New hot tub plumbing is warrantied for 90 days from the date you take delivery.
All Special order or installed parts are non refundable and must be returned to the manufacturer if there are any problems with the parts etc. If we have your part in stock we will replace it immediately and you will need to pay for the replacement. If after the part gets tested by the manufacturer which could take up to 90 days and is deemed to be manufacturer defective a refund will be applied if the part or parts are deemed to be used error or damaged onsite you will not be refunded. Aquatic Technologies Inc stands by the manufacturer warranty on most parts. Labor is warranted as well for up to 90 days on all parts unless you pay for an extended warranty through us.
Should Aquatic Technologies Inc. Appove a return otherwise there will be a 40% restocking fee. Should any part fail and we do not have one in stock a new one will need to be ordered immediately by you or the wait for a new replacement could be 2 weeks to 4 weeks. Labor is not warrantied by any manufacturer and you will be expected to pay a minimum fee for removal and replacement of any new part based on your hot tub.
☆ Any part, pump, heater, controller or equipment pack etc. Warranty is parts only for whatever duration the manufacturer has set to be free from manufacturer defects . Labor costs are not covered nor does the manufacturer cover our losses or costs. Therefore Aquatic Technologies Inc only promises that their craftsmanship and or instalation be free from defect. Labor warranties can be purchased upon or before installation of any components for 20% of the overall cost of labor for 1 year. ( subject to change )

The spa must be at curbside, and ready for pickup at the scheduled time and date. The spa must be in the same condition in which it was originally delivered. Any abuse, modifications, or excessive wear and tear will be cause for refusal of the return.
Only the original purchase price will be refunded. All other costs or expenses are specifically excluded. After the spa has been returned and inspected the refund will be made to the account used for the original purchase. Return Policy applies to strongspas.com online purchases only.
30 day Parts, Accessories and Furniture Return Policy
If you need to return an item, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by calling our customer service number during business hours. Returns without RMA numbers cannot be accepted. You are responsible for safe return shipping, so please make sure that your return is adequately packed and insured. Read the return conditions below:
☆ Remember to Register your hot tub for warranty purposes
☆ No hot tub may be returned which has been delivered for a color differential due to online pictures. Some colors, smartphone displays and pc monitors differ in pixels and filters.
☆ No hot tub may be returned because it is to small.
☆ strong Spas return policies are not Aquatic Technologies Inc. Return policies. Their policies shown are for dealers and big box stores.
☆ Strong Spas factory warranties are very inclusive and are posted on strong Spas website as well as on our policies & more page. and as a dealer we stand by all of Strong Spas Warranties.
☆ Any Overstock or Refurbished, A-B class or Factory Recertified hot tubs are limited to a 30 to 90 day warranty on mechanics, electronics, Heaters and plumbing. Most are as is unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
☆ If you purchase your hot tub and live within our service area we are your warranty service professionals. If you live outside of our service area then you must contact Strong Spas Customer Service to have a service provider provided for you.
Aquatic Technologies Inc. Is an authorized Strong Spas Factory Warranty Service Provider
☆ should your hot tub have anything wrong with it upon delivery you will need to document it, inspect and sign for it. If you did not hire us to do so.
☆ Hot Tub Parts warranty: Any hot tub part which is under warranty in a used hot tub which is out of warranty is covered by the part manufacturer only. The manufacturer covers the part only after it has received the part (s) back for testing and or visual inspection.
At that time if the part is deemed faulty it will be replaced. The labor is generally not warrantied unless you purchase a labor warranty for your product. The manufacturers of hot tub parts for out of warranty hot tubs is not covered. Aquatic Technologies Inc. Stands by its craftsmanship on all installations however old parts break and if another part on your hot tub breaks while we are working on your hot tub we are not responsible for old or aging parts.
☆ Special order parts are non refundable under any circumstances once your order has been placed. Any installed parts can only be returned if they are faulty. No labor is ever refundable
☆ Any tampering, repair attempts etc by anyone other than Aquatic Technologies of any hot tub or part of a hot tub while under warranty will void
☆Plumbing warranties are 30 days from repair
