 From start to finish we want  you to rest assure that we've got you covered.  From the initial phone call to the completion of your services we promise to keep int ouch with you along the way.  Often times we have the parts we need right on our van but if we need to order special parts for you whether your in Massachusetts or Rhode Island our turn around time is 5 to 7 business days and we will even text or call you with our ETA upon request or sometimes just because we know we are running a little late. Our service cover quite a large portion of MA & RI and sometimes even further out if your hot tub is under warranty if you purchased it from a big box store like Amazon, Costco, or bJ's. Often times Strong Spas is the manufacturer and Aquatic Technologies Inc. Will be your warranty service provider.
