Some saunas don't get used nearly enough and like any other appliance or machine they like to be used and often will give you some problems from time to time whether they are used or not.
There are dry heat saunas and what we call a wet sauna which you may be required to put some water on the stones with a ladel. However the wet saunas seem to be phasing out and are being replaced with a much safer, dry heat sauna which are quite inexpensive and easy to install right in your home or backyard, pool area right next to your hot tub and pool house.
An infrared sauna is a type of sauna that uses light to create heat. This type of sauna is sometimes called a far-infrared sauna — "far" describes where the infrared waves fall on the light spectrum. A traditional sauna uses heat to warm the air, which in turn warms your body.
